How it all came to be

The Full Story

I guess you could say I have been on this path since a young child. I was always extremely interested in the human body and how everything worked together.  I was very active growing up, dancing 4-6 days a week, for most of my childhood. My love of doing quickly turned into my love of teaching.

When we put our bodies through so much physically we are bound to have a moment that comes along and completely changes our path. I found myself, a freshmen in college who was working towards a Criminal Justice degree (can we be anymore different?) who could not walk straight or sit down. This led me into a local chiropractors office who just happened to have a massage therapist in doing sessions that day. I had NEVER had a massage before I sat in this women's chair and I immediately knew I had to do something to make this my life path.

Two days after this, I was enrolled at the Polarity Realization Institute in Westboro with the renowned Nancy Risleing. While they were a massage school it was very energetically based and the only one around that took this approach. I entered into the Therapeutic Program and never looked back.

My first job was at a well known Spa in Auburn and while as a younger adult I thought I knew everything, my boss taught me so much of what I use to run my buisness today. I was with her for 5 years and then starting bouncing around some.

In 2010 I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Lupus. Devasted doesn't even begin to describe how I felt as I was being forced to step away from my true passion. With the support of my husband, family and friends I made the best out of the next five years and used my other degree to keep me in the work force. During this time I became very involved in holistic medicine using many of its modalities to treat my autoimmune disorders. I did continuing education in the Energetic Fields , dove face first into essential oils, meditation, Reiki and so much more.

Following the birth of my daughter in 2014, I knew that if I was going to need to leave her it most certainly would not be for a job I wasn't passionate about.  I went all in on my personal healing and was able to return to Massage in 2016 and haven't looked back yet. In 2020 in the middle of a global pandemic I picked up and moved my practice because I knew more was coming and I would need more space.

We have been in our Millbury space for a little over a year and have gone no where but UP! Classes and different wellness seminars are being added to our schedule daily, and we have integrated ourselves with some of the leading practitioners in the area to keep the most up to date work coming your way.

Love and Light,

Sarah Coyne
